North Texas Guardianship Services, LLC is a Guardianship Program registered with the Judicial Branch Certification Commission. All Guardians staffed by NTGS are Texas Certified Guardians and members of the Texas Guardianship Association.

North Texas Guardianship Services, LLC can receive guardianship appointments (adults) on both a Temporary and Permanent basis, for Guardian of the Person and/or Guardian of the Estate. A third-party guardian offers benefits to both the family and the Ward. Many times, a third-party guardian can help in preserving or improving family relationships. Often, older adults don’t want their children or grandchildren to be their guardian, and by a third party becoming the guardian this can relieves some of the stress and anxiety for the whole family. A guardianship program generally has more resources, education, and oversight as they perform the court ordered work. A Guardianship Program is held to a higher standard of performance as a fiduciary than a non-professional guardian would be.

North Texas Guardianship Services, LLC also accepts appointments as Trustee of a management trust as a least restrictive alternative to Guardian of the Estate.
