  • Guardian of the Person

    A guardian of the person is an individual or corporation appointed by the court to manage the personal needs of another person who has been determined to be incompetent.

  • Guardian of the Estate

    A guardian of the estate is an individual or corporation appointed by the court to manage the financial affairs of another person who has been determined to be incompetent.

  • Case Management

    Case management is a least restrictive alternative to guardianship and a way to add support to an individual and their daily needs. It is a mutual agreement between the identified client and the provider to ensure necessary needs are identified, addressed, and ultimately resolved.
